Ali, Maddie and I are now back in Houston, and happy to be together with daddy! We made the 16 HOUR (should have been 13-14 hr) trip last weekend, and are glad that the driving is over...we will fly next time! We also found out that her liking her car seat is a thing of the past.
At 4 months old, Ali is very vocal, and has just recently realized she can put her foot in her mouth (literally!)! She is also able to grab lots of things, and brings everything to her mouth. For the most part, Ali is able to sit up by herself, and loves to be able to check the world out while sitting in her Bumbo. She tries to push off while holding her on your lap, and likes to scare mom and dad by standing up in her bath tub!
Ali is able to roll from her tummy to her back, and still doesn't care for "tummy time" too much!
David and I are so ready for our Kirkwood house to sell...somebody bring us a buyer! We are looking forward to the day we get to start looking for a new house down here in Houston, and in the mean time, I have been filling out lots of school district applications.
